Job Title: Oracle Developer - Financial Services Sector

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Deliver high-quality Oracle PL/SQL development work aligned with evolving project requirements
🔹 Enhance and support existing financial applications within an Agile development environment
🔹 Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers to design, develop, and validate new features
🔹 Conduct root cause analysis and provide effective production support
🔹 Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing
🔹 Maintain technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence
🔹 Ensure all changes adhere to compliance, change management, and Agile standards

Key Skills & Experience:

✅ Extensive Oracle development experience - with strong PL/SQL programming capabilities
✅ Proven background working on financial applications or within the financial services sector
✅ Solid understanding of Windows-based client and server applications
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio / C# (a plus, not essential)
✅ Comfortable working in structured Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work closely with cross-functional teams
✅ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements
