Role Overview: School Business Manager

Are you an experienced School Business manager looking for your next challenge

Our clients are seek highly organised, flexible, and collaborative individuals with exceptional communication skills to support the Headteacher, Governors, and Staff in managing the school's financial, administrative, personnel, premises, health and safety, and business operations, while contributing to the school ethos and safeguarding pupils' welfare.

Your role will involve:

• Drive Excellence in Teaching and Learning:
  Collaborate with Headteacher, Governors, School Leadership Team (SLT), staff, and pupils to ensure a seamless learning environment and uphold our school's mission and values.
• Inspire, Lead and Manage Teams:
  Oversee the smooth running of key operations, including finance, administration, personnel, premises, health & safety, business, IT, and support services, ensuring everything runs like smoothly.
• Foster a Caring and Inclusive Environment:
  Contribute to our school's nurturing ethos by promoting a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all.
• Be a Strategic Visionary:
  Work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to drive strategic planning and provide essential insights on finance, administration, and operational priorities aligned with our Development Plans.
• Communicate with Impact:
  As a skilled communicator, you'll effortlessly articulate ideas and deliver reports to the Headteacher, Governing Body, and other key stakeholders.
