The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease preparation and negotiation.Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of commercial conveyancing cases from initial contact to completion
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases as necessary
• Utilize the Hoowla case management system effectively
• Demonstrate proficiency in IT and Microsoft applications
• Provide excellent client service and maintain a client-focused approach
• Work independently as a self-sufficient fee earner while also collaborating effectively with team membersRequirements:
• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and manner, consistent with our company's personable approach
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
• Competency in using the Hoowla case management system and Microsoft applications
