About the role: As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve providing small group and one-on-one interventions, assisting students with SEN, and supporting the class teacher in delivering an engaging curriculum. You'll work closely with our dedicated SEN team, contributing to tailored learning plans and adapting activities to meet each student's needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates well with children and colleagues, and has a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children in Key Stage 2 or within primary education.
• Background in supporting students with SEN or previous intervention/booster work is desirable.
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted booster sessions and interventions in core subjects like English and Maths.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring additional support.
• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Support students with SEN, adapting activities to suit their individual needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents as needed.
