The firm is known for its expertise in corporate, finance, dispute resolution, real estate, and regulatory law, with particular strength in energy, infrastructure, and project finance. It has a strong commitment to innovation, diversity, and sustainability, offering pragmatic and commercially focused legal solutions.The Role

  • As a key member of the team, you will advise on a broad range of energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters, including:
  • Acting for lenders, sponsors, and developers on major energy transition, renewables, and infrastructure projects.
  • Structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including project finance, acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.
  • Advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and regulated utility financings.
  • Engaging with global clients across multiple jurisdictions, often on market-leading transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields.
  • Experience working on complex financing transactions, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
