Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

✅ Machinery & Equipment Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical faults, and ensure efficient production operations.
✅ Metal Pressing Machinery - Maintain and repair die-sets and pressing machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
✅ Electrical Maintenance - Carry out basic electrical repairs, diagnose faults, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
✅ Preventative Maintenance - Conduct inspections and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
✅ Tooling & Adjustments - Monitor machine settings and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.

The Ideal Maintenance Engineer:

✔ Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of metal pressing machinery, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
✔ Basic electrical training and the ability to perform essential electrical repairs.
