Team LeaderHours: 24h days – 2 days in 4 days of(Rolling rota) (£60 for sleep in)As a Team Leader at a children's residential home, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in care, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive, nurturing environmentWorking at a residential children’s home.

• Support the registered manager in running the home.
• Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
• Responsible for leading the staff/allocating tasks.
• Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
• Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
• Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
