We are looking for 3 temporary administrators to join a busy team.

Based: Rural Malmesbury - transport required

Rate: £12/hr

Duration: 2 months

Standard Working hours 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday with flexitime available

The role

You will be working to support the sales team, growing relationships with Trade customers including Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Property Developers & Retailers.

Your responsibilities

Support the Sales Team by creating quotes and communicating with customers

Constructing and amending trade quotations

Undertaking ad-hoc duties to help reduce trade team workload

Answering trade customer enquiries - via telephone & email

Maintaining and updating Trade Customer information

Your skills, qualities and experience

Motivated and proactive

Good communication skills - both verbal and written

Proficient IT skills

Great attention to detail

Organised and efficient

All necessary training provided but a positive attitude is essential

This is an office based role with NO home working.
