HGV Technician / HGV Fitter

Starting salary up to £20 per hour pending experience and current earnings.
42.5 hour week Monday to Friday on a weekly shift system with 1 in 3 Saturdays 7:00am-1:00pm paid as overtime.
Fantastic long-term career prospects with a 105 year old family-run business.We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in the Tewkesbury area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £44,200 with OTE of circa £47,260 with working hours of 42.5 hour week Monday to Friday on a weekly shift system with 1 in 3 Saturdays 7:00am-1:00pm paid as overtime. 

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparationRequirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:

Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
