Description

• Processes Supplier invoices
• ensures accuracy of accounts payable reports
• Performing other ad hoc tasks
• Create and submit the monthly VAT claims for the UK and EU legal entities
• Maintain vendor files and address any discrepancies or issues

Profile

The Successful senior accounts payable clerk will have:

• 5 years + experience in accounts
• 2/3 years + experience in senior accounts payable ideally
• From a stock industry such as retail, pharmaceutical, automobile etc
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Basic understanding of general ledger accounting
