Role: Site Supervisor/Manager

Day Rate: up to £200 a day

Included: Van and fuel card

Contract Length: Long term until March 2026

Parker Jones Group is currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee social housing kitchen & bathroom refurbishments based on the Isle of Wight.

Duties:

* Supervise operatives and Subcontractors on site

* Ensure that all works are being carried out safely and in line with all current legislation

* Carry out quality inspections

* Manage orders and deliveries of materials to ensure constant flow of works

* Complete site reports on progress and Health & Safety

* Organise operatives and subcontractors in line with programmes

* Attend Site management meetings

* Any other duties in line with the post

Qualifications:

* SSSTS or SMSTS is required.

* Asbestos Awareness

* DBS

* Driving Licence

* First Aid
