Salary: c£55k-£65k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, healthcare, bonus, pension etc.

Company & Project: A successful and profitable Main Contractor with a long track record of delivering projects in the East of England have a new requirement for a Construction Planner to join their business working across Norfolk on projects valued between c£10m-£30m.

The senior management team is well respected, long standing and noted for it's communication skills and work-life balance they make clear to all employees.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for the planning function on multiple projects, liaising closely with operational staff managing the planning, programming and progress control of the live project, liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

This candidate should have good knowledge of ASTA PowerProject.

Within this position, the successful Planner will also be involved throughout the PCSA and Pre-Construction stages, producing tender plans and liaising with Design Managers, Bid Managers and Estimators.


Desirable Experience:

• Demonstrable experience with live project planning on construction projects c£5m+
• Atleast 3 years+ experience with main contractors in pure planning roles.
• Strong track record on a range of projects - desirable experience with one of the following sectors Mixed-Use, Education, Science or Commercial.
• Good working knowledge of ASTA PowerProject.
• Previous Roles: Assistant Planner OR Assistant Planning Manager OR Intermediate Planner OR Project Planner OR Site Planner.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or NVQ or BTEC or comparable qualification.
