We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to the School’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the school’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor and manage budgets, providing detailed analysis and forecasts.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial advice and support to the school’s leadership team.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
