The Role:

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced floor layer to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

This is a straight permanent PAYE position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include; -

• Flooring repairs
• Lay a variety of flooring types within social housing properties, including vinyl, self-levelling, cushion/ carpet, laminate and wooden
• Wet Room installations - cap and cove

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
