Description

• Processing and tracking invoices and expenditure.
• Handling vendor and supplier accounts.
• Performing month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
• Raising Purchase Orders.
• Resolving queries.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in daily administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

• Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable function.
• End to end Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
