They are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Assisting with scheduling work for the team
- Compiling timesheet reports and preparing invoices at the end of each month
- Regularly checking and verifying developer timesheets
- Supporting quality assurance (QA) tasks to ensure project success
- Monitoring Jira and Trello ticket boards for project tracking and updates
- Overseeing website logging output and uptime dashboards to ensure system performance
- Monitoring Google and Bing Search Consoles for website performance insights
- Utilising performance tools to track and improve website efficiency
- Scheduling and managing staff annual leave
- Logging and tracking sick leave
- Recording and organising company expenses
Key Requirements:
Our client is looking for candidates who are:
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proactive with a strong problem-solving approach
- Excellent communicators, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive information
- Team players who collaborate well with others
- A-Levels or equivalent educational qualifications are required
