Our client is an established independent Estate Agent with branches across London and the home counties who are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their Lewisham branch.

Key Requirements are to:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Conduct property viewings.

* Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.

* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

* Manage the sales progression process.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.

* Attention to detail and good organisational skills.

* A Full UK driving licence.

Benefits as a Sales Negotiator:

* Basic salary of £20,000 - £35,000 OTE.
