Vision for Education is a leading education recruitment company based in the heart of Cardiff. We are actively seeking a dedicated individual to join an 'Outstanding' ESTYN-rated primary school in Cardiff as a Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working both 1:1 and in small groups to engage them in their learning.
Assist the class teacher with daily tasks and prepare for the day ahead.
Supervise children during lunch breaks.
Undertake general administrative duties.
Collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the school's positive culture and ethos.
Be passionate about delivering the best educational experience to children.
What We're Looking For:

An enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for education.
An interest in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
Experience working with children and young people.
Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and positively.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
A good standard of education (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT proficiency.
Ability to speak Welsh (preferred, but not essential).
