You will be training other technicians within the M25 area and completing new employees inductions. Responsibilities of an Service Manager

You'll be reporting to the Regional Manager and be expected to be on hand for other members of the team as and when required. You will also go out to site and assist engineers and complete minimal "on the the tools" tasks. You'll be expected to ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately, arrange and attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, as well be an active team player sustaining the company's fantastic reputation and future growth.

Requirements of a successful Service Manager

IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or NVQ
Previous practical experience working on Shutters, sectionals, or loading bays
People management skills and lead by example
Excellent customer service skills
Electrical, welding or hydraulics experienceSalary and Benefits for an Service Manager

Attractive starting base salary of £52,500 package OTE circa £65k+ in your first year
