Premier Work Support are recruting for a permanent General Administrator for their client, who are a London based Glaziers and Aluminium Manufacturers serving the entire UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities and general accounts
Keeping accounts up to date
Chasing customer for payments
Reports/statements
Communicating at all stages with colleagues and clients where necessary
Processes payments and documents such as invoices, and employee reimbursements.
Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
Processing financial transactions, completing monthly reconciliations, and resolving incomplete records
Assisting with monthly reporting and year end accounts
Working with the Sales Manager on general admin and processesThe Candidate:
Accounting background
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential
Experience of other accounting software's such as SAGE 50 is essential
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Friendly and confident telephone mannerHours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
You will have free onsite parking and there may be some flexibility with the working hours
