Job Title: Roaming Sales Advisor

South West England, Wiltshire, Salisbury

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time hours Thursday to Monday with 1 weekend off in 4.

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 Per annum

A growing and award-winning Housing Developer is expanding their sales team due to new projects kick-starting! They are looking for a Roaming Sales Advisor to cover projects across the South.

Job Duties:

Engage with potential buyers and provide information on new build housing projects
Conduct site visits and showcase available properties
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Qualifications:

Experience in new build housing sales
Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the real estate or new build housing sector.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of the housing market and trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role involves frequent travel to different sites within the Salisbury area.
