We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

ReCon Advisory Partners are working with a civil engineering and groundworks subcontractor, based in Hemel Hempstead, working for major civil engineering contractors on projects in the South of England. The role will be split between sites and our head office with the occasionally working from home.

Key Responsibilities;

Site Visits

Day to day contract and commercial management

Cost planning, budget estimating, review estimates

Liaising with principle contractors

Review completed designs for commercial and contractual compliance

Package;

Salary; £40,000 - £55,000

Works vehicle can be negotiated

Future opportunities to develop with the company, if desired
