This role, covering general maintenance and ground-works, offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you will be valued and appreciated

The role of Property Maintenance includes:-

Providing maintenance to approx 330 commercial properties across 3 sites in Kent
Setting up sites, including safety barriers etc, for outdoor works
General multi-trade maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting etc
Laying pavements, kerbs, driveways
Operating construction machinery and tools
Adhering to appropriate health & safety regulations

To be considered for the role of Property Maintenance Operative, you should have:-

A full UK driving licence
The ability to work effectively within a small team
Previous experience within a similar role
Previous experience as a ground-worker
