Job Title: Supply Teacher - Secondary School - Merseyside

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable teacher looking for flexible opportunities to cover lessons throughout the school year? We are seeking passionate and experienced Supply Teachers to work with schools that require cover for staff absences. This could be an excellent opportunity for NQTs, fully qualified teachers (QTS) looking to reduce their workload, retired teachers, or Graduates with a strong honours degree.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery & Coverage: Provide cover for planned or unplanned absences, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students.
• Support Student Progress: Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, delivering lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and guidelines.
• Classroom Management: Implement strong behaviour management strategies in line with school policies, maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Adaptability: Be flexible in covering a variety of subjects and year groups as needed, ensuring continuity in learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a strong honours degree in an appropriate subject (for those without QTS).
• Experience: Prior teaching experience or an understanding of the classroom environment is highly beneficial. NQTs and retired teachers are welcome to apply.
• Strong Classroom Management: Ability to manage diverse classrooms effectively with strong behaviour management skills.
• Enthusiasm & Commitment: A genuine passion for teaching, with the drive to make a difference and help students achieve their full potential.
