Exciting opportunity to join a newly established Alternative Provision in Wokingham. After successfully opening The Pheonix Centre in 2022 Remedicare has opened its second site Alpine House.

Alpine house is a self-contained building split across the floors. The ground floor being Primary PMLD students and the first floor being SEN primary students. As an Alternative Provision we help support some of the areas highest need students with education and therapeutic packages.

What we are looking for:

* Candidates must have a background in SEN or PMLD Primary

* Must be comfortable with personal care

* Have experience working with high need children

* Hold a full UK driving licence

* Be comfortable transporting high need students in company vehicles

What we offer :

* Industry leading salaries £22,000 to £26,000 ( term time only, paid across 12 months )

* Ongoing training - we fully fund courses like ELSA, Makaton, Mental Health First aider etc

* Continued career progression - this year alone we have promoted 7 members of staff into Lead or Team Lead roles.

* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 until 4:30 with a early finish on Friday at 1PM

* Leadership support - we have a very experienced SLT with a completely open door policy for all staff support.

Interview process :

* Initial call with our internal recruitment team

* First stage interview with a member of SLT

* Trial Morning / Afternoon at the service
