Salary: Basic salary £85,000 - £100,000 OTE Up to £140,000

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for our client's main prestige dealership in the Oxford area.

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager candidate, someone who has at a high performing dealership, with the right drive and attitude to this site to the next level.

The role will be working for one of the most well renowned dealer groups in the UK, within a fantastic brand and a superb site. This really is an opportunity of the highest calibre.

The right person must be a confident and professional individual who can take on a performing site, someone with the ability to take on an established team.
Looking for a proven Manager - a true leader, someone to drive a well established team and continue the good work within the site.

Role:
This is an excellent opportunity with a strong dealer group, product and overseeing a performing operation. You will be managing a large team who cover all aspects of Aftersales, Car Sales and back office staff. We are looking for someone to continue the good work and be able to step into the site without disrupting the team.

-Deliver a strong customer service experience
-Someone who can deliver / exceed budgets
-A General Manager / Head of Business / Brand Manager / Dealer Principal with a good knowledge of Car Sales & Aftersales
-A professional and driven leader - Someone who can instil confidence within the team

This position is with a well-established dealership so the right individual must have a solid career history, a proven knowledge of how to run a successful main Car dealership and be able to work closely with directors & the manufacturer.

We are looking for someone who can develop a team using strong management skills while leading from the front, good motivational methods together with good "housekeeping" skills are also critical.

Requirements
- We are looking for a proven motor trade manager; either someone who already holds a General Manager / Brand Manager / Head of Business position.
- Someone with a strong track record of YOY success/over-achievement in a large, successful dealership
- Must be a confident, friendly and professional character - someone with the ability to engage with a well established team. Strong leadership skills.
- Must be strong with their numbers and be able to back up claims.
- Full UK driving licence
