About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant for a fantastic school in Trafford. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in January 2025, offering the opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant team dedicated to providing the best start in life for young learners.

As a Level 3 EYFS TA, you will:

Collaborate with the EYFS teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Support the social, emotional, and educational development of children in their early years.
Assist in planning and delivering hands-on, creative activities that foster learning through play.
Provide tailored support to children with varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Ensure a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.

What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting young learners. You should have:

A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in an EYFS setting with a solid understanding of the Early Years curriculum.
A positive and creative approach to childrens learning and development.
The ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Eligibility Requirements:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or be willing to apply for one).
Provide two professional childcare references.
Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential, as training is provided).
