We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Salt & Malt. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a love for seafood and an enthusiasm for creating iconic fish and chip dishes that stay true to our restaurant's ethos of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.

- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment focused on excellence.

- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained throughout the kitchen, in compliance with health regulations.

- Control stock levels and manage inventory to minimise waste and enhance cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.

- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and flavours into our offerings.
