Enterprise Risk Manager

Location: London (with offices in the U.S. & Asia Pacific)

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Role Overview:

Lead the continued embedding of Risk Management at my client, ensuring alignment with the Group's ERM framework. You will handle risk assessments, monitor regulatory developments, manage the Risk Register, and collaborate with internal teams to foster a strong risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed and maintain the Risk Management framework.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments.
• Manage the Risk Register and control documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and deep dives.
• Collaborate with risk owners and ensure best practices.
• Use RSA Archer GRC System for risk reporting and management.
• Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Report (ORSA).
• Support the Internal Model development alongside the Capital Modelling team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Senior Risk Analyst or Risk Manager, preferably in the insurance sector (London market experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, influencing skills, and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: Risk Management and CII qualifications.
