Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire multiple people for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Semi-Skilled Operator, you'll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards our customers expect. This is a varied role, where you'll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including:

Incoming Goods
Laser Operations
Tube Forming and Sheeting
Canning
Stores
Assembly and Packing
Despatch 
What duties will I have?

Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
Generate and maintain all relevant documentation.
Work professionally with all functional teams to minimise waiting times during production.
Work to customer specifications.
Adhere to Health & Safety (H&S) policies, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and others.
Identify and report risks, near misses, or unsafe conditions to maintain safety and environmental standards.
What skills and experience do I need?

Basic computer literacy.
Experience working with metal-forming equipment such as presses, rollers, and formers.
Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
Excellent time management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas. 
How much will I be paid?
£11.44 to £13.60 per hour, depending on your experience.

What hours will I need to work?
Monday to Friday 6AM to 2:30PM
