Job Description:
The Forecast Analyst is responsible for creating, monitoring, and delivering an accurate 12-month rolling sales forecast by account and SKU level. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning and improve forecast accuracy and bias. Key responsibilities include running forecast accuracy reports, handling forecast queries, and focusing on demand during promotional periods to optimize stock levels.

Skills & Experience:

* Significant experience in an FMCG organization, particularly in forecasting at the SKU level

* Proficient in using forecasting tools and ERP systems like SAP

* Excellent knowledge of forecasting techniques, data mining, and report writing

* Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail and structured decision-making

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot tables and Macros

* High level of initiative and ability to follow through on tasks

* Desirable: Broad commercial insight and experience in forecasting
