CNC Programmer/Setter

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer based in the Atherstone (CV9) area.

Details of a CNC Programmer

* Atherstone

* Monday - Friday

* 08:00 - 16:30

* £16 - £20 per hour

Role of a CNC Programmer

* Programming, reading and understanding drawings and models using 3-4 and 5 axis machines

* Using measuring equipment

* Programming and setting CNC machines

* Reading technical drawings

* Keeping machine area tidy

* You will be responsible for machining components to a high level of quality in accordance with customer specifications

Requirements of a CNC Programmer

* Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

* It is essential that you are able to programme

* Desirable that you have 6 or more years of experience

* Must have knowledge of Heidenham or Siemens
