Job Title: Building Services Engineer - Mechanical

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 3.30pm / 7.30am - 4pm

Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join my client who are a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a critical building in Hertfordshire!

About the Role:

You'll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a large commercial site. Your duties will include:

* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Mechanical & Electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

* Working with electrical systems and supporting mechanical duties.

* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.

* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Package details:

* Competitive Salary: £45,000 per annum.

* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am - 3.30pm / 7.30am - 4pm

Ideal Experience:

* Proven experience as an M&E Technician in a critical or busy environment.

* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical discipline

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.

* Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
