Our client, a well-established nursing home situated in a tranquil countryside setting, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. What we're looking for - Qualifications: RGN (Registered General Nurse), RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), or RNLD (Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC registration.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar nursing role, ideally within a residential care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities - Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Individualised Care Planning: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans addressing the needs of residents with physical or neurological conditions.
- Resident Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and up-to-date.
- Education and Support: Educate residents and their families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care to promote understanding and engagement.
- Infection Control and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing evaluation and development of nursing practices to improve care outcomes for residents.
