Do you have experience working in a managerial position working with both external and internal stakeholders?

A secondary school in Hillingdon are searching for an Operations Manager/School Business Manager to start ASAP.

About the role:

• Support a culture of continuous improvement across the school's operations, working to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the school's support services.
• Act as the Line Manager for Facilities Team & Caretakers.
• Provide support to the Executive Head & Heads to ensure the effective financial management of the school budgets, including resource monitoring and administering of funds and accounts, liaising closely with finance.
• Deliver operationally in a high-expectations environment so that the principal and other senior leaders can focus on the delivery of a ground-breaking education vision without distraction.
• Line manage the office manager in managing all aspects of reception and administration responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a degree level qualification
• Have experience as School Operations Manager or similar role
• Be able to influence decision making within the school.
• Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
