Main contractor coming to the closing stages of a large commercial refurbishment is looking for an MEP Manager to assist with holiday cover.

The role requires someone to manage blockers lists of items that the M&E contractor can't get on with (builder's works not formed or the right size, areas not clear) - a wide range of items, so the company needs to put someone in to manage them. Working under the direction of another Senior MEP Manager.

Must have CSCS and SMSTS.

The role could also be referred to as Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, M&E Manager or MEP Manager
