Our Fabric Library department is about partnering with every customer, understanding the brief to even the smallest detail. We build sustainable relationships with customers, being product experts and at the forefront of what's hot right now - working with some of the most luxurious and high-end fabric brands to ensure customers come back time and again. As a luxury home décor enthusiast, our Furniture Specialists have an eye for detail and product specifications, are passionate about exceptional customer service, and are confident using technology (emails, MS Excel etc.).
About the Role
Our Furniture Specialists are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Furniture Specialists take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the "Art of Selling" with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
You will have an avid passion for luxury home décor and fabrics. You'll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
