We are currently working with a leading Main Contractor with a turnover of c. £500m who have a big presence in the commercial fit out, high end residential and heritage restoration sectors. Due to experiencing a massive period of growth, they are looking to engage with an experienced Technical Services Manager for a brand new commercial fit out contractor in Central London.

Responsibilities may include:

* Collaborating with technical staff to create strategic plans to deliver services.

* Analyzing clients' issues and developing plans to mitigate them.

* Scheduling upgrades and replacements of software and hardware.

* Overseeing the acquisition of new technology.

* Hiring and training new staff.

* Liaising with engineers, architects, and others working on a project.

* Preparing and managing estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.

* Identifying, mitigating, and tracking recurring construction issues.
