A central London cost consultancy are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on some of their top commercial development projects across London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading on some of the consultancy's most iconic and prestigious projects within the mixed use and commercial sphere.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading on all quantity surveying duties, pre and post contract, as well as leading meetings and playing a client facing role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveyor or similar
MRICS or working towards
Office / retail / commercial / mixed use project experience would be a bonus
CAD and or CostX experience
PQS / Consultancy experience
Able to deliver projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£60,000 - £65,000
Car allowance (£4K-£6.5K)
