Walker & Sloan is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an established SME house builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Bristol, South Wales, and the South West. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage the financial aspects of multiple projects within a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for cost control, subcontractor procurement, and contract management for new-build housing schemes. You will work closely with site and project teams to ensure financial targets are met, budgets are adhered to, and projects are delivered successfully.

This role will also involve preparing valuations, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts. Your ability to provide accurate cost forecasting and risk assessment will play a vital role in maintaining the company's high standards and ensuring continued success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, preferably with SME or regional house builders. Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
