They are market leaders in designing and manufacturing special purpose machinery, they have long lasting agreements with some of the biggest companies all over the world. With a very bright future they are looking for Electrical Mechanical fitters to join there ever growing team.
what the role will involve:
on a day to day, you will be working on container build, this will include working in a small team to build the container from the ground up. You will be working from engineering drawings and this role will be an electro-mechanical role, with an electrical bias.
Electrically:
* Cable running and pulling.
* Terminating, glanding and wiring in cables. These can be heavy, armoured cables - which can be the thickness of your arm.
* Installing electrical connectors, and components, such as resistors, breakers etc.
* Wiring control panels and wiring them in to the machine.
* Installing various ancillary systems such as lighting, fire alarms, HVAC controllers etc.
Mechanically:
* Framework.
* Copper busbars (heating elements).
* Cooling systems and HVAC
