Position: Fleet Technical Services Administrator

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £25,000

Inizio Engage have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Technical Services Administrator to work for a business that are continuing to grow at a rapid rate.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Fleet Services Administrator to join our Client's Technical Services department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute as a pivotal team member.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize the 1Link platform for authorizations, reporting, and vehicle repair recharging.

* Capture all out-of-hours (OOH) callout charges accurately.

* Obtain and provide parts quotes for Reflex vehicles and compile relevant repair invoices.

* Input parts invoices into the company IT system accurately and efficiently.

* Create invoices for repairs conducted by Reflex's in-house mechanics.

* Monitor vehicle downtime using 1Link and other company systems.

* Submit loss of use claims to vehicle manufacturers.

* Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Fleet maintenance experience is advantageous.

* Familiarity with the 1Link platform is preferred but not essential.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* A commitment to maintaining personal competence and professional growth.
