Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established industrial equipment supplier based in Derby, supporting them in their search for an experienced Stores Coordinator.

They are offering a great package including a generous starting salary of up to c£26,000 per annum D.O.E. alongside benefits including a pension scheme, an early finish on Fridays, full training schemes, 25 days holidays a year on top of bank holidays, and profit sharing.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Supporting the Stores Manager with a host of projects

* Invoicing customers and clients

* Arranging goods to be collected using transport portals

* Taking stock from the warehouse floor to delivery vans

* Processing forms for duplicated orders and customer returns

* Compiling data and writing reports for management

* Writing up dispatching schedules for the warehouse staff

* Recording materials and parts onto Sage system

* Printing dispatch notes for orders

Skills & Requirements

* Able to complete stores administration functions with a high level of detail and accuracy

* Experience with both working in a team and on own accord

* Proficient using Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel) with Sage experience desirable

* Effective communication skills both written and verbally

* Able to multitask whilst prioritising urgent tasks
