We are currently looking for a Homewares Supervisor to join our Bed & Bath department. You will be the face of our iconic brand, driven by passion for our customers and delivering the best service. You will do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.
About The Role
As a Homewares Supervisor, you will be the face of the brand that you represent and be responsible for providing the best shopping experience that is unique and memorable for every customer that you encounter. Your excellent communication skills, product awareness and attention to detail will assist you in making the correct decisions as a Homewares Supervisor
Other key responsibilities of a Homewares Supervisor are:
- Building long lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.
- Share regular updates with the brand you represent and build a strong relationship with them
- Great product knowledge.
- Be confident when handling large and complex transactions.
- Ensure all visual merchandising is aligned with Harrods' and the brands expectations.
- Maintaining standards in both front and back of house areas.
- Working towards targets, completing trade reports and sharing them with the brand.
About You
With proven experience of providing exceptional customer service, you will integrate seamlessly into the Harrods way. You will work in an environment that is highly detail focused and require you to deliver exceptional performance.
You will also have:
- A genuine interest and passion for Bath linens and Harrods.
- An outside of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to drive a brands performance.
- Self-motivated and with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, and great attention to detail
- A passion for working towards sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission while continually learning and developing to achieve more.
- Experience within Premium or Luxury retail.
- An ability to engage analytical approaches in driving the business of your brand.
- Great organisational skills and ability to build strong relationships.
