Reporting directly to a People Director, you will be responsible for developing, evolving, and delivering training and development plans - enabling everyone to be the best they can be!

Collaborate with the people team and ops team to build the best L&D strategy
Experience in building a business, including new openings and business growth within the hospitality industry
Elevate the online training programs and bring them to life
Turn their values into reality with top-of-the-range training
True master at diary organization - you will have full autonomy, use this to your advantage!
Build new training programs - think bigger picture!
You will have the knowledge and eye to identify people for development and will have experience creating training plans for both individuals and full teams
