FS Partners is partnering with a growing multisite private equity backed Hospitality Group to recruit a Group Financial Controller!

A dynamic, multi-site hospitality group is seeking a talented Group Financial Controller to lead its finance function. What You'll Do:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the transactional finance function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Oversee all audit and tax workstreams, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial performance.

  • Provide strong leadership and management to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid: 1 day from home (usually Friday)

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar role, managing multi-site operations.
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
