Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
Work closely with the marketing and agency teams to create engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
Manage online product catalogues and ensure all content is up to date and SEO optimised.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of online sales channels.
Stay abreast of latest ecommerce trends and apply best practices.
Monitor competitors' activities and propose necessary actions.
