Your new roleHays are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Bristol who are looking for a Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis. The organisation offers hybrid working, 1 day a week from home. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Duties include:
- Manage end-to-end payroll of around 50 members of staff
- Process all new starters, leavers, P45's and holiday
- Upload individuals' pension details
- Update the organisations spreadsheets to keep accurate records
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in an end-to-end payroll position
- Exposure using Workday is desired
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
