Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify housing needs and support requirements.
- Developing and implementing personalised support plans.
- Liaising with landlords, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Providing advice and advocacy on housing options and benefits.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of clients to ensure sustained support.

You will also carry out housing management activities such as rent collection, risk assessments, tenancy management, reporting maintenance issues, and health and safety checks.
