Job Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Bradford

Pay Rate: £85 - £100 Per Day

Contract Type: Long Term, Short Term, Temp to Perm and Day to Day

Leader Education are recruiting experienced TA's to work at Schools based in and around the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will have experienceworking with children/young adults with SEN needs. Our schools can range from as young as 5 up to 18 years of age and caters for pupils with a wide range of SEN needs, including eating disorder, moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, anxiety , depression, PMLD, hearing impairment, visual impairment and autistic spectrum disorder.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for working with children with additional needs
• Experience of working with children and young adults with challenging behaviour.
• Provide calming and nurturing support for some of the most vulnerable students with EHCP's.
• Be able to commute in the area.
• A passion for the progress of children with SEN needs
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Moving and Handling
